After the former prime minister Sheikh Hasina resigned and left her country, there have been lot of happenings going on centering the nation.  

HASINA’S REQUEST FOR ASYLUM:

According to reports former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will temporarily stay in India where the government has granted her retainment after the former left her country. During the course of the time, India shall be backing her with providential bearing until Hasina procures herself with UK asylum.

UK government has not given confirmation in terms of granting Hasina an asylum. David Lammy, foreign secretary has stated that necessary independent investigation will be needed towards the anarchy while looking forward to a democratic, peaceful future for the country. He also emphasizes that UK will look into measures taken to control unrest in Bangladesh assuring peace and democracy of the nation. UK asylum renowned of sheltering political heads whenever they are in need of it, proposes for Hasina that “there is no provision for someone to be allowed to travel to the UK seek asylum or temporary refuge.

However, the UK being tricky to Hasina’s request upon asylum, the former Bangladesh PM shall be looking for shelters in US and Finland, as reported by sources.

MUHAMMAD YUNUS APPOINTED AS THE HEAD OF INTERIM GOVERNMRNT:

 Noble laureate Muhammad Yunus, one of the respected personalities in Bangladesh is appointed as the head of the interim government at the nation utmost crisis. Bangladesh is looking up to Yunus to get back their democracy, normalcy and peace. However, Yunus earlier this year stated: “I’m not a politician, this is the last thing I will ever do”. Despite his discomfort in politics Yunus is ready to serve for his country at the need of the hour.

OVER 20 DEAD BODIES OF HASINA’S PARTY MEMBER ARE FOUND AMIDST THE PROTEST:

Bangladeshi politics officials discovered almost 29 of Awami league and their family members dead on Tuesday. According to sources, almost 10 were executed in attacks and tumults in Satkira and 11 people died in mob attacks in Comilla, which also included teenagers.

AIRINDIA SECURES 199 INDIVIDUALS AND 6 INFANTS FROM DHAKA TO DELHI:

Amidst the turbulence in Bangladesh, Air India provisioned special charter flights from Dhaka to Delhi last night and transported 205 passengers that consisted 6 children. The flight landed Delhi today morning as per reports. 

SEVERE ATTACK AND ONSLAUGHT UPON HINDU MINORITIES AFTER HASINA'S LEAVE:

Social media is flooded with the pictures, videos and live telecasts of ongoing charge upon the hindu minorites in Bangladesh. Hindu temples and idols are being destroyed and burnt. After Hasina is being ousted, hindus are targeted by destroying their houses, businesses  in 27 districts. According to reports, two hindu councillers are killed amidst turbulance; hindu police officer Biplab Kumar Sarkar is arrested by Bangladesh army.
